Maths focus

Maths focus this week: 
this week in reception our maths focus is correctly counting objects to 10, clever counting a group of objects and then finding the correct numeral to match.

I have introduced the 'clever counting' when counting moveable objects, to line them up, moving one object as a time as they count it, to encourage counting objects correctly.
